to get some background. The practices between now and the first

Kahakai is hosting the second annual 9 Man sprint race- it'll have 9 man water changes for extra practice for the upcoming change races. IMPORTANT REMINDER: The 405 fwy will be closed between the 101 and 10, please plan your drive accordingly.
