MDROCC is proud to announce our annual Outrigger Challenge at Mother's Beach in Marina del Rey. Bring a crew of five, and we'll provide the canoe, paddles, and steersperson, so that you can battle it out with other crews. Come with friends and make a few more while you try the exciting sport of outrigger canoeing in a day of fun competition, with check-in at 8am, and racing starting at approximately 9am.

Entry fee is $100 per crew of 5 if received prior to October 24th, or $125 on race morning. Register early and save money!! The entry fee gives you a day of fun racing, lunch, and a t-shirt. Parking is right across the street from our beach for $3.00. We have a fun-filled day planned for your entire family - we are going to have a tug-o-war contest; a "Jumper" for the kids; face painting for the kids (adults if you want!). Since it's halloween weekend, costumes are optional, but encouraged- possibly a costume contest?
Make your plans now and we will see you at 8:00 am on the beach. Don't forget your cheering section.
