Marina Del Rey Outrigger Canoe Club and SCORA invites you to the 2007 Kahanamoku Klassic Outrigger Ironman Race, sponsored by Hinano's Venice Bar and Grill, and Baja Fresh. We are celebrating 40 years, and welcome you down to "da baddest" race of the year. Click here for Race Packet

Novice: approx 4 mile course. click here for course map

Note: Courses shown are approximate. SCORA officials will determine exact course.
Parking:
3 lots for cars available. Parking is $6 per vehicle. Please try to bring correct change to speed the process. Parking will go fast- come early to get a good spot. Please refer to maps for parking lots.
Trailers: $12 Unload at beach and park at lot across street. ONLY TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN THIS LOT.

3:30 pm Awards Ceremony
AFTER PARTY: Casa Escobar Restaurant, next to beach.
Additional Information:
RAFFLE: We have great items for the raffle, which we will draw throughout the day Afterparty: Casa Escobar Restaurant. Drink specials will be available, and a DJ will be there from 6-9pm, and of course there's salsa night after that.
Restrooms: Porta-potties at the race site
Pets: Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Lunch: Provided by our race sponsor, BAJA FRESH.
BBQ's not allowed on beach, but there is a designated grill area down the beach (not convenient)
No glass bottles on beach
No tents with stakes on beach
PROOF OF INSURANCE- All Non-SCORA Crews must show proof of insurance and complete Individual Liability Waiver
