02. How much does it cost to join MDROCC? |
Dues may vary from year to year and are established by the Board of Directors.
The full year dues for 2007 were $300. Offseason paddling dues are included with the yearly membership. Dues for offseason paddling only is $100 (October- March)
Annual dues cover the purchase and maintenence of equipment, race fees, use of clube paddles, and race escort boat expenses. The yearly membership also includes a race jersey.
Dues are not prorated but can be paid in two installments- at the beginning of the season (March), and before the beg yearinning of the sprint races (June). Dues are the same whether you race or not.
Dues cover the period of the season til March of the next year. Dues are not prorated and is not refundable.
