Race Courses: Keiki: approx 1/4 mile course, inside our channel. Adult/Open Steers person OK. Novice: approx 4 mile course. course maps forthcoming. Open approx 11 mile course. course maps forthcoming. Note: Courses shown are approximate. SCORA officials will determine exact course.
Parking - Trailers/SCORA/Authorized Race Participants and Vendors ONLY Lot#9 - 14110 Palawan Way (Marina del Rey OCC lot) is RESERVED for TRAILERS, SCORA, and VENDORS ONLY. Cost is $4 per parking pace per day. For trailers (3 parking spaces), the cost is $12/day. We highly recommend unloading trailers on Friday, May 6 - the lot is available AFTER 4 PM. Marina members will assist with unloading. Please ensure your club members also arrive to help unload your canoes. **Pre-Sale of Race Shirts will be offered here!!**
Parking - Paddlers There are (3) lots designated for paddler parking. Plan to bring CASH and CORRECT CHANGE. Lots do fill up, so plan to arrive early and carpool. PLEASE DO NOT PARK in the Organic Panificio Restaurant lot - you will be towed.

Parking - Safety Boats There is overnight boat parking on Fiji Way at Dock 52. 13509 Fiji Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, near the intersection of Fiji Way and Admiralty Way

AFTERPARTY is stumbling distance away at the Crystal Fountain Restaurant & Bar, at the Marina International Hotel (across the street). You don't want to miss this after party! Local foods, full bar, live music, indoor space and outdoor lanai. Paddler attire welcome, drinks specials to kick off the race season!
RAFFLE AND SILENT AUCTION: -We have great items for our raffle, which will be drawn throughout the day. -We will again have a "GOLDEN RAFFLE " for $50 tickets! -Beach-side enterainment provided by Nonosina Polynesia, Tahitian dancers and drummers -Ukulele and slake key guitar by Mitch Chang! Support him and buy some of his CD's for your drive home. Additional Information:
-Restrooms: Porta-potties at the race site -Pets: Dogs are not allowed on the beach. -BBQ's not allowed on beach, but there is a designated grill area down the beach (not convenient) -No glass bottles on beach -No tents with stakes on beach -No alcohol on the beach -PROOF OF INSURANCE- All Non-SCORA Crews must show proof of insurance and complete Individual Liability Waiver
